Robert B. Rosenstein is the founder and managing shareholder of The Law Offices of Rosenstein & Associates. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 1979 and is licensed to practice law before the United States District Courts (Central, Northern and Southern Districts), the United States Bankruptcy Courts (Central, Northern and Southern Districts), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Rosenstein is a member of the American Bar Association, Southwest Riverside County Bar Association, and the Riverside County Bar Association. He received his undergraduate education at California State University Northridge, graduating in 1976, and received his legal education from Southwestern University School of Law, graduating in 1979.

Mr. Rosenstein is an experienced business attorney and over the years has assisted clients in the management, growth, and reorganization of their businesses. Mr. Rosenstein has developed an expertise in working with clients to assist them in forming and growing their businesses. The legal assistance that he provides to the clients of Rosenstein & Associates includes legal services relating to business formations; drafting of contracts; negotiating leases, the filing for trademarks and copyrights; and resolving tax problems including audits and tax litigation. Robert B. Rosenstein is also an experienced litigator handling business and transactional disputes.

Mr. Rosenstein has served on several committees of the American Bar Association, including the Committees of Taxation, Sole Practice and Corporations. Mr. Rosenstein served as the Vice Chairman of the Small and Emerging Business section of the American Bar Association. Over the years, Mr. Rosenstein has been a member of the Small Business, Corporations, Environmental Law and Taxation sections of the California State Bar.

As an accomplished lawyer, Mr. Rosenstein helped prepare the outline and reviewed the first edition of the American Bar Association’s book for business titled The American Bar Association Legal Guide for Small Business. Mr. Rosenstein is currently a member of the American Bar Association Advisory Panel, which provides advice and insight to the American Bar Association pertaining to various legal and professional matters concerning the practice of law throughout the United States.

As a seasoned attorney, with the goal of aiding the community, Robert has during the last 30 years volunteered his time by serving as a Judge Pro-Tem in both Riverside and Los Angeles Counties during his career.

Mr. Rosenstein is active in the business community. He is a current member and former board member of the Economic Development Coalition, a member of the Murrieta-Temecula Group, treasurer on the Board of Directors of Temple Beth Sholom, a member of the Advisory Board of the Assistance League in Temecula, was a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for California State University San Marcos. He is serving his 10th year as a member of the Board of Directors of the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce and was a board member of the Temecula Theater Foundation. Mr. Rosenstein also served on the Board of Directors of JDS Academy. Robert is also the legal advisor to the City of Temecula’s Legal Scholars Program and has been on the advisory board to Mt. San Jacinto College’s legal program.

In addition to volunteering his time to serve the local community organizations, individually and through Rosenstein & Associates, he has given free or discounted legal assistance to various local organizations such as Habitat for Humanity of Inland Valley and scouting organizations such as the local Explorers post.

Being a husband and father of five, Mr. Rosenstein knows the value of hard work and dedication. The goal of practicing law in a firm based upon ethics and professionalism is a key principle upon which he lives his life.
