1. Rosenstein & Associates, A Professional Law Corporation (“Rosenstein & Associates”), Commitment to Privacy. This Policy describes Rosenstein & Associates’ Privacy Policy. Rosenstein & Associates’ Privacy Policy is designed to advise the website and/or mobile app user (“User”) about how Rosenstein & Associates collects, uses and protects the personal information provided by the User to Rosenstein & Associates. By visiting this site, User is accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

3. How and When the Information is Used. The information Rosenstein & Associates collects is used for administering its business activities. Occasionally, Rosenstein & Associates may use the information to notify Users about changes to the website, app, new services or special offers. Other parties may not collect personal identifiable information about User’s online activities when User uses Rosenstein & Associates’ website or app.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy. If this Privacy Policy or procedures change, Rosenstein & Associates will immediately post the changes on the website. Along with the updated Privacy Policy, any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted, unless otherwise stated in the change.
