J. Luke Hendrix is an associate attorney of the Law Offices of Rosenstein & Associates. Mr. Hendrix has been licensed in the State of California since 2010, and he is also licensed to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern District of California, the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also a member of the Utah State Bar (license currently inactive).

Mr. Hendrix earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was a member of the McGeorge Moot Court Honors Board. He graduated from McGeorge Order of the Coif and with Great Distinction. He earned his B.S. from the University of Utah, where he earned a double major in Communications and Sociology and graduated magna cum laude.

Mr. Hendrix’ practice emphasis has been in the areas of bankruptcy, business, commercial, and general civil litigation. He has experience in all aspects of litigation, from all pre-trial matters through trial and appeal when necessary and appropriate. He has extensive experience handling all bankruptcy-related and debt reorganization matters. Prior to joining Rosenstein & Associates, Mr. Hendrix practiced in Sacramento, California, where he was selected for inclusion in Northern California Super Lawyers, Rising Stars 2016 – 2018, in the area of Bankruptcy, and recognized by Best Lawyers® 2018 and 2019 Lawyers of the Year, Northern California, Sacramento-Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtors Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law.

Mr. Hendrix prides himself on providing high quality and personalized representation for each individual client. He is committed to providing vigorous representation for his clients to protect their rights, while also finding creative solutions to resolve matters without unnecessary litigation when appropriate. When not practicing law, Mr. Hendrix enjoys sports, playing the guitar, visiting California’s beautiful beaches, and spending time with his wife and their three children.
