Robert B. Rosenstein is the president and a founder of The Law Offices of Rosenstein & Associates. He has been licensed in the State of California since 1979, and is also licensed to practice law before the United States District Courts (Central, Northern and Southern Districts), the United States Bankruptcy Courts (Central, Northern and Southern Districts), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Tax Court.
Jenny Shin is an associate attorney for the Law Offices of Rosenstein & Associates, and has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 2000. Jenny is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts (Southern, Northern, Central and Eastern Districts), the United States Bankruptcy Court (Southern District), and the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.
Originally from California, Mark A. Abel earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Redlands in 2006. He went on to earn his law degree from Southwestern Law School in 2009. While in law school, Mark graduated near the top of his class, and served as the editor in chief of the Southwestern Law Review. At the same time, he competed on the moot court team and received several oral advocacy awards, including semi-finalist at the Wagner Moot Court Competition in New York City.
